Pool Service Technician

$60,000–$80,000 + Super | Full time

Poolwerx Sherwood, Yeronga & Fairfield is growing, and we're looking for another Pool Service Technician to join our Brisbane team.

We're a locally owned and operated business backed by the Poolwerx network, looking after a growing mix of residential pools, body corporates, commercial properties and aquatic facilities across Brisbane.

This isn't just a pool cleaning role.

You'll work independently, solve problems and develop technical skills across water chemistry, pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation, heating and other pool equipment.

- New to the industry? That's okay too. If you're practical, mechanically minded, good with customers and keen to learn, we'll provide the training to get you up to speed.

A Day on the Job

No two days are exactly the same. You'll work independently across residential and commercial pools, with a mix of:

- Pool servicing, water testing and problem solving

- Diagnosing and repairing pumps, filters, chlorinators and automation

- Equipment replacements, plumbing and installations

- Green pool recoveries and troubleshooting

- Looking after regular residential, body corporate and commercial clients

What We're Looking For

Pool industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

You might already be an experienced pool technician, or you may come from a hands-on background such as plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, electrical, mechanical maintenance, landscaping or another field service role.





What matters most is that you:

- Are practical, mechanically minded and enjoy solving problems

- Take pride in doing a job properly

- Are reliable and comfortable working independently

- Communicate well and provide great customer service

- Are willing to learn and develop your technical skills

- Are comfortable working outdoors and with the physical nature of the role

- Hold a current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights

What We Offer

- $60,000–$80,000 + super, depending on experience

- Fully maintained company vehicle, phone, tools and equipment

- Structured training to get new technicians confident in the field

- Ongoing technical and manufacturer training across water chemistry, equipment, automation and commercial systems

- Exposure to residential, commercial and aquatic facility work
