Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Early Years Education
Location: Bondi Junction Sydney (work from home 1 day per week)
Salary: $90k-$110k+ Super (paid weekly) + Uncapped Commission (paid monthly)

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant for Childcare Services, you will have the unique prospect to lead your own team of dedicated recruiters in a specific region of Sydney. You will be responsible for placing talented professionals into permanent and casual positions within childcare services, making a real impact on both candidates' careers and our clients' businesses.

Qualifications/Experience

- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on childcare services preferred but not essential. Ideally you are capable of running a fast paced desk.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping candidates find their dream jobs.
- A results-driven mentality with a desire to exceed targets
