EAM Business Analyst - Process and Systems6-Month ContractBrisbane

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead delivery-focused business analysis and readiness activities for an upcoming SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing the organisation for change, bridging the gap between technical delivery and operational teams, and driving a seamless transition to business-as-usual.

What You Will Do:

- Lead delivery-focused business analysis for an SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation, ensuring business readiness and transition requirements are defined.

- Develop and coordinate business readiness deliverables, including impacted process identification, analysis, and operational support requirements.

- Work with stakeholders, SMEs, and support teams to confirm business processes, roles, controls, and support arrangements are go-live ready.

- Produce key implementation artefacts such as business procedures, transition documents, and hypercare support requirements.

- Support business readiness checkpoints, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities, and early-life issue resolution during hypercare.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis within large-scale ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations.





- Strong focus on business readiness, deployment, and operational transition.

- Preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Asset Management or EAM modules on other platforms.

- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business, ICT, project delivery, and support teams.

- Proven ability to produce high-quality transition artefacts, support training, and facilitate operational handover to business-as-usual.
