Work With Advanced Technology

Our purpose-built rehabilitation facility includes:

- Force plate testing

- Hand-held dynamometry

- High-performance rehabilitation gym

- Strength and conditioning equipment

You'll work alongside experienced clinicians who enjoy mentoring and collaborating to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

About the Role

This position offers an incredibly diverse caseload and the flexibility to develop your career in the direction that interests you most.

At First Step Health Collective, we don't expect every Physiotherapist to become an expert in everything.

Instead,



we encourage you to build your own clinical niche while receiving ongoing support and mentoring from senior clinicians.

You'll have the opportunity to:

- Assess and manage a broad musculoskeletal caseload

- Deliver sports injury rehabilitation

- Manage orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary planning

- Develop your own clinical interests and areas of expertise

- Become involved with local sporting clubs and athlete development programs (if interested)

- Help shape the future growth of an innovative regional allied health practice

- Be involved in Women’s Health (if interested)

Essential Criteria

- Current (or eligible for) AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for evidence-based patient care

- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

Experience or an interest in developing skills in:

- Women's Health Physiotherapy

- Strength & Conditioning

- Exercise Prescription

- Sports Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

- Neurological Rehabilitation

- Clinical Pilates

- Dry Needling
