About the Role

As our company continues to grow, a full time, permanent position has become available for a qualified Locksmith This role offers career growth via on-the-job training opportunities and additional earning capacity through after-hours on-call work. The tools of the trade are supplied which includes a stocked vehicle with the latest and up to date equipment, uniform, mobile phone, and PPE.

Experience with commercial hardware installations, electronic security and secure work are highly regarded. Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience.

The position available is for an on-road service technician to carry out a wide range of duties within the domestic and commercial industry including but not limited to:

- installing, repairing, rekeying,



and replacing locks around various premises and facilities.
- respond to emergency callouts, and after hours service requests
- maintain both mechanical and electronic keying systems.

- site security audits and surveys

To be Successful in the role you will:

- have a recognised Locksmith qualification.
- be self-motivated and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- be reliable, professional, punctual and excellent personal presentation.
- be able to work cooperatively as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- have the ability to problem solve effectively
- be skilled in the use of the tools, equipment, and methods of the locksmith trade

The Successful Applicant should have

- completed Certificate III in Locksmithing, or equivalent
- hold, or have the ability to obtain, a Queensland Security Licence
- proven working experience as a Locksmith
- currently hold or willing to obtain a

Working with Vulnerable People

- valid manual driver’s licence
