Due to continued growth and increasing project demands, BD Water is seeking an organised and proactive Irrigation Scheduler to facilitate the delivery of our expanding portfolio of commercial projects.

BD Water delivers integrated water management solutions for commercial clients across Perth and surrounding regions. What sets us apart is our ability to manage projects entirely in-house, from water licensing and bore construction through to irrigation design, pumping systems, automation, installation, maintenance and ongoing support.

The Role

This is a desk-based coordination role focused on planning, scheduling and resource allocation. You will play a key role in ensuring our field teams and projects remain organised, efficient and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling irrigation installation and maintenance crews across multiple active commercial projects.

Coordinating bore drilling programs alongside irrigation schedules.

Forward planning labour, plant and resource allocation across concurrent projects.

Liaising daily with supervisors, field technicians and project managers to ensure work is sequenced efficiently and delivered on time.

Communicating project schedules and timelines with clients when required.

Coordinating material, plant and equipment requirements against project programs.

Maintaining accurate scheduling, crew and project records within our job management system.





Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and implementing solutions before they impact project delivery.

You will work closely with our Irrigation Manager and project team, with ongoing guidance to develop your scheduling expertise and industry knowledge.

We offer flexibility in how this role is structured, including part-time arrangements and adjusted start and finish times where suitable.

What We Offer

Salary package of $75,000 to $80,000 pro rata, dependent on experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Solid organisational and scheduling skills, ideally gained within a trades, construction, infrastructure or field services environment.

Ability to manage multiple crews, projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between office and field teams.

Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Desirable

Experience using Simpro.

Exposure to irrigation, bore drilling, water infrastructure or related industries.

Previous experience scheduling or coordinating field-based teams.

Location

Based from our Kewdale operations facility, this role is office-based and focused on coordinating project delivery from a central location.
