Front of House / Barista / Bar Staff

Minimum 3–5 Years Hospitality Experience Required

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving strong sales performance.

This role goes beyond taking orders—you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, building genuine customer relationships, increasing revenue through upselling, maintaining high store presentation standards, and contributing to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
Upsell drinks, desserts, and promotional menu items to maximise sales.
Prepare high-quality coffee and alcoholic beverages consistently to standard.
Engage with customers and encourage positive Google reviews.
Create and post engaging social media content (photos, videos, and stories).
Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation of the venue at all times.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.





Essential Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ Front of House experience in a busy café or restaurant.
Strong barista experience with the ability to produce high-quality coffee.
Confident bar experience with the ability to prepare alcoholic beverages.
Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven upselling and sales ability.
Comfortable creating content for social media platforms.
Well-presented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Current RSA certificate (essential).
