Rocksalt Menai is looking for an experienced and passionate Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.
About the role:
Casual position with 2–3 shifts per week
Chance for a full time role for the right applicant
Friendly, professional team in a busy, well-established restaurant
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen
Strong cooking skills with the ability to work confidently on the grill and pans
Proven experience cooking premium meat and seafood
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service workplace
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Own transport is preferred, as we’re located approximately 6 minutes from Sutherland Station
