ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on kitchen management, preparation, and readiness for service.

You will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is organised, fully prepared, and operating to a consistently high standard each day.

This is not a menu development role—our Head Chef prepares dressings, crunch elements, and marinated components. Your role is to lead execution of daily prep and uphold quality across all outputs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily kitchen preparation and organisation




Manage vegetable prep and protein cooking
Ensure the salad bar is fully stocked and ready for service
Coordinate team prep schedules and workflow
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory control
Support front of house during service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in a kitchen leadership role (Kitchen Lead, Sous Chef, or similar)
Strong knife skills and food preparation knowledge
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage a team and maintain structure in a rapid-paced environment
A consistent, reliable approach with high standards
