What You’ll Do
Create hand-tied bouquets and bespoke floral arrangements
Prepare and condition fresh flowers
Assist customers in-store and over the phone
Process orders and prepare flowers for collection and delivery
Maintain shop presentation and floral displays
Keep the workspace clean, organised and well stocked
What We’re Looking For
Previous florist experience is essential.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Confident in bouquet making and everyday floristry work.
Friendly, reliable and well organised.
Strong attention to detail and positive time management.
Excellent customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small team.
Fluent English communication skills preferred.
