Due to the growth of this portfolio they are looking to hire a Junior Business Partnering professional, ideally from a Chartered or similar Financial Services setting, who can work in a global team to drive business outcomes, support stakeholder insights and improve performance.

The Role

Reporting into the divisional CFO, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with team members to provide financial support on key decision making processes.
Analysing business cases to develop commerciality and ensure their successful execution.
Drive business outcomes by identifying cost-savings initiatives, new revenue opportunities and pricing optimisation strategies.




Own internal performance reports for your area, giving clear insights on global portfolio performance.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be successful in this role you should have:
3+ years' experience in a Chartered or Professional Industry workplace - experience in Financial Services is preferred but non-essential.
CA / CPA or Equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
High-level commercial acumen with the ability to provide transparent insights into financial performance.
Attention to detail and confidence managing competing time frames / priorities.
