We are looking for a new Project Coordinator OR recent Graduate (with some prior experience) for a Commercial Fitout company based in the hills area.

Projects typically include Retail, Hospitality and Office.

The business is looking for someone who is organised, proactive, has a strong work ethic. Ideally someone who is eager to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

A sound understanding of construction and the ability to communicate effectively with trades would be highly regarded.

This role is open to people from a range of backgrounds, you could either be;
A Tradie looking to get off the tools and wanting to transition off the tools and get into project coordination or project management. (Minimum 1 year on site experience.)
OR Construction Management or Project Management graduates.
OR People with previous project coordination or contract administration experience within the commercial fit-out industry.

The role will include the below responsibilities;
Procurement of materials and subcontractors.




Project setup and mobilisation.
Engaging and coordinating trades and suppliers.
Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Assisting with project programming and scheduling.
Monitoring project costs and variations.
Maintaining project documentation and administration.
General project coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
