Fresh Point Co. Café in Bellamack, NT is expanding and seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic and energetic team, customer-focused and experienced Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team in Darwin. This full-time permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and professional hospitality workplace while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible service practices.
Greet customers, take beverage orders and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Recommend drinks and menu items based on customer preferences.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, EFTPOS and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, service areas and equipment.
Restock beverages, glassware and bar supplies as required.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Check customer identification to ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and cleaning duties.




Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.

Essential Requirements
Minimum one year of relevant experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable knowledge of beverages, cocktails, beer, wine and basic bar operations.
