Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, reporting needs for replenishment.
Assist in menu development by recommending pastry and dessert options.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and baking methods.
