About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Boxing Coaches to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching people of all fitness levels in a fun, energetic and supportive workplace.

We currently have 2–4 regular shifts available (approximately 10–15 hours per week), with opportunities for additional hours as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing
Deliver engaging boxing and fitness sessions
Coach members of all ages and fitness levels
Provide boxing technique and motivation throughout each session
Create a welcoming and positive gym environment
Help build a solid community within the gym
Assist with member onboarding and retention

About you

Ideally you’ll have:
Boxing coaching experience (competitive or fitness boxing)
Excellent communication and people skills
High energy and a positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
Certificate III or IV in Fitness is an advantage but not essential
