What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, cookies and pastries to the highest quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment checks are completed before every shift.
Follow health and safety guidelines with care and professionalism.
Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix and knead dough, and operate bakery equipment safely.
Oversee the full baking process — from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing,
and decorating.
Work efficiently to ensure all customer and store orders are completed on time.
Communicate with the Owner Manager to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with your team to achieve daily targets while delivering consistently outstanding results.
Uphold bakery's high standards of product quality and presentation.
Assist in maintaining cost controls and supporting the bakery’s overall profitability.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
