OZ NAPOLI ITALIAN RESTAURANT, is an established restaurant located in Ettalong Beach, NSW, offering a unique flavour of Italian cuisine. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences, we are seeking qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis.

These roles are critical to supporting our kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and developing menus aligned with Italian cuisine
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity
Supervising kitchen staff including cooks and kitchen hands to ensure effective operations
Managing food preparation processes, portion control, and presentation standards
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels,



ordering supplies, and controlling kitchen costs
Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management
At least around 2 years of experience as an independent Chef
Robust leadership, organisational, and time management skills

Pay: $79,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
