Tender Funerals Illawarra is looking for an compassionate and organised Administrator to support our funeral operations, family services and day-to-day office administration.

This is a vital and diverse role where no two days are the same. You will assist families, support our funeral directors, coordinate administration and help ensure every family receives exceptional care.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, solid attention to detail, confidence using computer systems, and a kind, professional approach.

Key responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and welcoming families and visitors with care
Managing correspondence, filing systems and office organisation
Providing administrative support throughout the funeral arrangement process
Liaising with hospitals, cemeteries, celebrants and other providers
Preparing quotes, invoices and required documentation




Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and receiving payments
Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance activities
Assisting with community events, volunteer administration and team meetings
