We are currently seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our South West WA Home Care team on a part time basis.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will work alongside an established team to ensure that all home-care clients receive services of the highest quality, all the while providing them and their families with respectful and effective customer service.

Your well-honed clinical, communication and problem-solving skills are demonstrated while coordinating home care packages and working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of care recipients.

What you’ll bring
Qualification as Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration




Excellent organisation and time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of the aged care sector
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Evidence of Influenza vaccination
Full working rights in Australia
