Job Title: NDIS Team Leader – Gardening & Lawn Maintenance

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Team Leader to oversee our Gardening & Lawn Maintenance program, supporting NDIS participants through meaningful, skill-building outdoor work. This role combines hands-on leadership with day-to-day operational responsibility — from quoting jobs and managing equipment to training team members and supporting participants on-site.

You'll lead a small team, ensure jobs are delivered to a high standard, and help create a protected, supportive environment where participants can build confidence, routine, and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and provide quotes for gardening and lawn maintenance jobs
Oversee equipment management, including maintenance, safe use and stock control
Deliver training to team members and participants on tools, techniques and protected work practices
Support participants on-site, encouraging skill development, independence and confidence
Assist with rostering as required to ensure jobs are adequately staffed





Skills & Attributes We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Fluent in English, with solid communication skills
Comfortable leading and supervising a small team
Practical, hands-on approach to gardening and lawn care
Patient, supportive and encouraging manner when working with NDIS participants

Essential Requirements
Reliable
Fluent in English
Police Check
NDIS Worker Check
Driver's License
Experience in Disability and Lawn/Garden Maintenance.
Minium Cert IV - In Disability or Horticultures.
