Location: This position can be based in either Perth, WA or Sydney, NSW.

Position Description:

Support and coordinate engineering and mining-related projects from planning through to delivery.

Engage with internal stakeholders, clients and external contractors to support project delivery.

Review and prepare tender, procurement, contract and project documentation.

Coordinate engineering design, procurement, installation and other project activities.

Monitor project schedules, costs and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Organise and participate in project interface meetings and assist in addressing project issues, variations and contractual matters.

Provide coordination and commercial support across projects where required.

KEY INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:

We welcome candidates from a broad range of professional backgrounds, including Electrical Engineering, Mining, Project Management, Contract Administration, Commercial and Legal disciplines.

An engineering qualification is highly regarded but not essential for candidates with relevant project, mining, contractual, commercial or legal experience.

Relevant industry or qualified experience is preferred.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly regarded.

Experience in the mining and resources sector will be highly regarded.

Knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to your discipline is advantageous.

Class “C” Driver’s Licence (WA) or equivalent Australian driver’s licence is desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively as part of an integrated project team involving stakeholders at all levels.
