Our client is a well-established professional services firm with offices all over Australia, advising multinational businesses on complex cross-border tax matters. They're looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager or Senior Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

As a trusted advisor, you'll lead client engagements from start to finish, developing long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the immediate project. You'll also work closely with senior colleagues on business development initiatives, oversee the commercial performance of engagements, and help shape the future direction of the team.

People development is equally important. You'll coach and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your technical expertise and helping to build a team-oriented, high-performing Transfer Pricing team.

We'd love to speak to you if:
You have a degree in Economics, Business, Accountancy, or a relevant qualified qualification.
You have 6+ years' Transfer Pricing experience within a public accounting practice or international consulting firm.
You have strong technical Transfer Pricing expertise and commercial awareness.
You're confident managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
You have excellent project management and leadership skills.
You enjoy mentoring, developing people, and helping to grow a successful team.
You are currently working in Australia (PR or Citizen) or you are an Australian overseas planning on returning home
