About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Private Enterprise (Private Tax Advisory) team in Sydney. You will work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver practical, commercially focused tax advice to privately owned businesses, family groups and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver tax advice on restructures, Division 7A, CGT, trust taxation, succession and estate planning, international tax and other complex tax matters.
Support tax due diligence for acquisitions of private groups.
Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and solutions‑focused approach.
Assist Partners and Directors with client meetings, proposals and advisory engagements.
Coach and mentor junior team members on technical matters and career development.

Skills & Experience
Qualification(s) and/or qualified accreditation(s) in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law or relevant overseas qualification.
Have commenced or plan to commence a CA qualification.




Demonstrated experience in tax advisory within a chartered accounting or law firm.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Critical thinking skills with ability to apply technical reasoning and reach well‑considered conclusions.
