We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to join DXC's growing Microsoft Practice. You will be joining the successful Customer Success Practice, supporting valued DXC customers. This is a key role in supporting, optimising, and enhancing our customers Dynamics 365 CE settings, ensuring they continue to realise value long after go-live. This role will work across support, continuous improvement, and project delivery, combining solid functional understanding of D365 CE with hands-on configuration and technical troubleshooting. This is a customer facing role that suits someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving system performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE environments for multiple clients
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
Configure D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, business rules,



and Power Platform components
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues (plugins, Power Automate, Azure services, etc)
Collaborate with developers and solution architects on system improvements and updates
Contribute to customer success initiatives driving adoption, optimisation, and user satisfaction

Skills and experience
Solid experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM consulting (functional or techno-functional)
Strong knowledge of core modules (Sales, Service, Customer Insights, Power Platform)
Confident in configuration, administration, and light customisation (JavaScript, Power Automate, plugins)
Ability to engage directly with business users and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience in managed services or application support environment desirable
