HR Officer – Join a Leading Manufacturing Team in Ipswich

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $95,000 + 10% Bonus

Overview

About the Role:

You’ll be the go-to HR Officer supporting production teams on the floor and behind the scenes. You’ll manage everything from sick leave enquiries, performance management, employee relations, to compliance and HR administration. You’ll work closely with supervisors and managers to help maintain a stable, motivated workforce.

This role requires a confident and empathetic individual who can handle tough conversations, thrive in a diverse workforce, and stay organised amid the day-to-day operational demands. This is a rewarding role where your support directly impacts the wellbeing of employees and the success of the company.

What you’ll bring
Experience in HR,



preferably in manufacturing or production OR leadership experience in a production environment with HR or management studies and an interest in transitioning into HR
Confidence to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Knowledge in WHS legislation to ensure the safety of all employees
Positive computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel
