Work with adult, working-age clients in a workplace-focused rehabilitation model. This role supports individuals recovering from work-related physical injuries and psychosocial or mental-health challenges linked to employment.
This is not a paediatric or general mental-health clinic role. Mental-health support is delivered within an occupational rehab and case-management framework.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work (RTW) services
Manage complex psychosocial and workplace-related cases
Conduct functional capacity and workplace assessments
Develop RTW plans aligned with employer, insurer, and worker goals
Support clients experiencing workplace stress, conflict, or adjustment issues
Collaborate with employers, insurers, and allied health professionals
IDEAL BACKGROUND
Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered or eligible)
Experience or interest in occupational rehab / workplace rehabilitation
Confidence managing psychosocial or mental-health factors impacting work
Solid communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
