Myhealth North Richmond is seeking a full time practice manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, patient-focused general practice.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice manager or senior medical receptionist ready to step into a leadership role.

You’ll be supported by dedicated head office teams across HR, IT and Finance, allowing you to focus on leading your clinic and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic lead.
Support and develop the reception and nursing teams.
Work closely with GPs to ensure productive clinic workflows.
Coordinate rostering, diary management and patient flow.
Manage staff onboarding, training and performance.
Resolve operational issues and patient enquiries professionally.




Maintain high standards of compliance and quality care.

Selection Criteria
Previous experience in GP practice management or a senior medical reception role.
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Knowledge of Medicare billing and general practice systems.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
A commitment to outstanding patient care.
