We are seeking an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join our boutique land development, Forest Reach in Huntley within the Illawarra region.
This is a full time permanent chance working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .
Skills And Experience
A proven track record of success in residential land sales.
Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for customer service and community building.
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
People management capability.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM).
Solutions-focused problem solving.
Sound financial acumen.
To be eligible,
you must be available to work 5 days per week including weekends, with flexibility for a varied roster.
