What You'll Do
Lead the daily operation of a busy 100-bed aged care kitchen
Deliver consistently high quality meals that residents enjoy every day
Oversee texture modified meals with precision and care
Mentor, support and develop a dedicated kitchen team
Maintain exceptional food safety, quality and presentation standards

About You




Previous Chef Manager or senior leadership experience within aged care
Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor certification
Solid knowledge of bulk cooking and texture modified meals
High standards, excellent attention to detail and pride in every service
Positive leader who motivates teams and leads from the front
