Full support is provided by both the incoming owners and the outgoing director during the transition. THE ROLE

Lead an existing accounting team, from intermediates through to managers and admin

Manage a full-service offering: bookkeeping,



tax compliance, and specialist advisory

Comfort working with agricultural clients, including farmers and primary producers, is key

Step into a substantial existing client portfolio; business development can be learned on the job

Serve as first point of contact for new and existing clients

Scope and price client work

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

10+ years of accounting experience

Demonstrated experience managing staff and workflows to deadline

Solid grasp of relevant technology and software

Professional, personable manner with creative problem-solving ability

Commercial mindset, with a focus on helping clients grow

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
