Sonder is seeking a General Counsel and Company Secretary to lead the legal function at a pivotal growth stage. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage two Legal Counsel and oversee external counsel, while acting as Company Secretary to the Board and running governance and investor relations end to end.
You will design AI-based workflows for contracting, work across Sales, Product and Customer Success to accelerate processes, and enable faster, simpler agreements across the business.
