Hands onexperience in Custom calculations in Goal templates
GoodKnowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
Experiencein Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities Experiencetranslating client business rules to technical business requirements
Experiencein Route maps and step types
Experiencein Performance form customization with section, filed, required fieldpermissions
Haveworked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degree
Experiencein working with intergation between SuccessFactors and third party vendors.
Able to lead customer discussions and workshops.
