Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalized welcome experience for guests.
Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.
Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel setting.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and complete nightly audit reports.
Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments,
and reporting.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a guest‑first approach.
Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S; standards, and cashiering procedures.
Ability to work independently overnight while leading and inspiring teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts.
