About the Role

This is a fantasticFULLTIME 5 DAYS A WEEK opportunityfor an experienced Administration Batcher/Assistant to support our head office in Bundoora.

Your duties include the following:
General secretarial and administrative support
Providing ad hoc assistance for colleagues when needed
Data entry, reporting and overall paperwork
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Liaising with other company departments in the region & outside parties to coordinate meetings
Review and improve processes
Batching concrete loads to agitator trucks.
Leadership and management of staff and contractors.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in the construction/buildingindustry is extremelyadvantageous
1-2yearsof administrative or office support.
Computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience.
XERO experience.
Organised with an eye for detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to workindependently or in a team.
Willingness and aptitude to learn.
