Add your own creative flair to elevate the guest experience, in collaboration with the Head Sommelier and Venue Manager, you will also support day‑to‑day operation and staffing needs, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, consistency, and excellence.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience working as a Sommelier in a restaurant, hotel or wine bar.
Good overall wine knowledge with the ability to recommend and guide guests and upsell products.
Strong overall beverage knowledge across spirits, beers and wines.
Personable, enjoy working in a busy setting and engaging with guests.
Positive communication, a team player and attention to detail.
Adaptable and the ability to multi‑task and anticipate the guests needs.
