Overview

NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a business based in Southport. They are seeking a confident and proactive Credit Controller with proven experience managing high-volume customer accounts and delivering consistent cash collection performance. This role will progress into a wide-ranging position where you will also be responsible for purchase ledger duties.

Responsibilities
Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone
Creating an expected payments spreadsheet for incoming confirmed payments
Allocation of money relating to non-credit account customers




Credit checking new and existing customers
Petty Cash reconciliation
Sending customer statements

Experience Required
Previous experience in a Credit Control
Confident chasing outstanding debt over the phone
Experience using Sage – Desirable
Basic Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
