Hermès Australia is seeking a Client Contact Centre skilled to support our E‑Commerce team on a 6‑month fixed term. Based in our E‑Commerce Office, this on‑site role manages client inquiries across phone, email and digital channels and supports end‑to‑end online and phone orders with accuracy and courtesy.
You will resolve questions per company standards, escalate when needed, and work with Inventory, Finance and Store teams to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.
