As our HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Production and head office to achieve and maintain safe and aligned working systems
Facilitating compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 within legislative guidelines
Facilitating management system reviews and maintaining all documents and records
Coordinating mid-level meetings to address escalated health, safety, environmental and quality issues
Driving efficiency and quality improvements on the workshop floor
Maintaining the Risk Register and managing risks effectively
Conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and overseeing corrective/preventative action
Leading Annual Quality Management System reviews and presenting findings
Reporting on continuous improvement targets to senior management on monthly basis




Collaborating with Human Resources on legislative policy and procedure updates

About You:
Experience (minimum 3 years) in a HSEQ role within a manufacturing setting is desirable
Tertiary qualification (Degree or TAFE) in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in recognised HSEQ standards (for example, AS/NZS ISO 9001, and AS5131 CC3 Certification).
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
