Work Location

Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport (SYD)

Key Responsibilities:
Flight documentation and operational reporting
Aircraft turnaround coordination
Communication with ground handling service providers
Coordination with Sydney Airport and government authorities
Respond to passenger complaints and provide professional resolution.
Maintain daily flight statistics and monthly reporting.
Perform administrative and support duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment
Ability to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
Robust attention to detail
Language ability is highly regarded
