An established infrastructure contractor delivering projects across South-East Queensland is looking to appoint an experienced Project Administrator to join its growing team.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Finance and site teams, providing project and commercial administration support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved throughout project delivery, helping keep costs, procurement, documentation and reporting on track.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day project administration
Manage purchasing, purchase orders, invoicing, commitments and cost tracking
Assist with project reporting, forecasting, accruals and commercial administration
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier documentation
Maintain project registers, document control and O&M; manuals
Assist with quotations, tenders and project close-out documentation
Liaise with clients, subcontractors,
suppliers and internal delivery teams
About You
4+ years' experience in Project, Contracts or Commercial Administration within construction or infrastructure
Experience across purchasing, procurement, invoicing and project cost tracking
Solid organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient across Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Civil, utilities or water infrastructure experience highly regarded
Exposure to AS4000 contracts advantageous
