This opportunity is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level lawyer looking to further develop their expertise in estate planning and estate administration within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role

The successful candidate will support and manage estate planning and probate matters, working both independently and alongside senior practitioners. The role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of private client matters and genuine career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents




Assist with and manage probate and estate administration files
Advise clients on succession planning and asset protection strategies
Liaise with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence and court documents as required
Support senior lawyers on complex or high-value estates

Requirements
Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE in estate planning and/or probate
Experience drafting wills and managing estate administration files
Strong understanding of succession and trust legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision
Skilled and client-focused
Solid attention to detail
Organised with effective time management skills
Eager to develop technical expertise within private client law
Collaborative and team-oriented
