About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Trainer & Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging, industry-relevant training and assessment to learners undertaking nationally recognised supply chain and logistics qualifications. You will support students to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in warehousing, logistics, procurement, transport, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess training in accordance with nationally recognised training products and RTO standards.
Facilitate engaging classroom, workplace, and online learning sessions.
Develop and maintain high-quality training and assessment resources.
Conduct valid, reliable, and fair competency-based assessments.
Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support.
Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs and organisational policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
Participate in validation, moderation, continuous improvement, and career development activities.
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent as required by regulation).
Relevant vocational qualifications in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, Procurement, or a related field.
Demonstrated, current industry experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transport, inventory management, or distribution.
Sound knowledge of competency-based training and assessment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to use learning management systems and digital learning technologies.
Desirable
Experience delivering training within the Australian VET sector.
Experience with workplace-based training and assessment.
Knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
Experience with online and blended learning delivery.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel, if required.
