About the role

You'll be the day-to-day lead for a team of Talent Specialists across Australia and the Philippines, freeing up the Senior Manager to focus on strategy, recent contracts, and organisational growth.



This is a hybrid people-leader and practitioner role where you'll run the team while also owning recruitment for senior and critical roles yourself.

What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Specialists, setting clear expectations and managing performance
Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and Australian-based roles from brief through to offer
Oversee the full team pipeline, balancing workload and acting as the primary escalation point before issues reach the Senior Manager
Build and document recruitment SOPs, playbooks, and workflows that scale with the business
Develop reporting cadences and dashboards tracking time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health
Design and deliver hiring manager training to build recruitment capability across the business
