About the Role
Provide resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, delivering a quality dining experience, and supporting residents as required.
Support peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
Work safely and follow all policies and procedures to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents.
Qualifications
Heart and passion for providing high‑quality care to the elderly.
Solid communication skills and a positive attitude.
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential.
Understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
Ability to establish and maintain qualified and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
