WHO WE ARE

We're partnering with a specialist influencer marketing agency with over 10 years of experience, acting as an independent adviser to brands on influencer strategy and end-to-end implementation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible on a global scale.

As they continue to grow, we're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to step into a well-established, high-profile retained account covering a 12-month parental leave absence.

THE ROLE

You'll take ownership of a flagship retained client relationship, one of Australia's most iconic and loved household brands, delivering from day one.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic account ownership with end-to-end influencer campaign execution. You'll manage a diverse network of creators and long-term partnerships, juggling multiple always-on campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift and deadlines are tight.

You'll own strategic planning including quotes, scoping and budget management,



lead talent identification and negotiations, and oversee campaign measurement and reporting to continuously improve performance.

You'll work closely with the client as their primary strategic partner, staying ahead of trends and creator opportunities to keep them at the forefront of the space, while also identifying upsell and scope expansion opportunities and contributing to recent client pitches.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
4+ years in influencer marketing
Strong data and insights skills
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the broader creator landscape
Familiarity across Australian and New Zealand creator ecosystems
Negotiation skills across talent, agencies and internal teams
Solid experience executing end-to-end influencer strategies
Confident managing senior clients and holding a room, with the written skills to match
Comfortable in retail, home or lifestyle brand categories
