As ANZ Finance Director, you will be a key member of the ANZ Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders to drive profitability, commercial performance and strategic decision-making across the business. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of a growing organisation while helping shape the future of its finance function.

Position
Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting.
Drive project profitability, working capital performance and financial governance.
Deliver meaningful commercial insights through financial analysis and business intelligence.
Support finance transformation, process improvement and operating model initiatives.




Influence stakeholders across a matrix setting to improve business performance and accountability.

Profile

You are a CA or CPA qualified finance leader with a proven track record of partnering with senior executives within a multinational or professional services environment.
