Rugby Australia is seeking a Female Participation Adviser within the Community Rugby department, reporting to the Head of Game Development. You will drive female participation and workforce initiatives across community rugby in Australia, recruiting and supporting players, coaches, match officials, and administrators in both contact and non-contact formats.
You will lead delivery of programs, coordinate with Member Unions, schools and clubs, and plan on-field delivery of programs and events.
