Wesley Mission invites applications for House Manager (Immediate Transition Model) in Sydney’s West and North. The role leads a Direct Care and Youth worker team in a 1:1 home-based, trauma-informed setting to support vulnerable children and young people in OOHC and facilitate transitions to permanent care.

This full time position offers SCHADS Level 6 terms with salary packaging and a fully maintained vehicle. Travel and pre-employment checks apply; applications close as advised.
