About the Role

We’re looking for a Psychologist, Counsellor, or allied health professional to join our team in Melbourne’s South East Region.

You’ll deliver a mix of face‑to‑face and Telehealth mental health support to participants engaged in employment and vocational programs. The role includes both individual counselling and group‑based interventions, working with a diverse client group to support wellbeing and participation.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions
Provide support via in‑person and Telehealth delivery
Develop and deliver practical, outcome‑focused interventions
Maintain transparent case notes and meet compliance requirements




Work closely with employment services teams
Connect participants with relevant community supports

About You
AHPRA registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
Social Workers (AASW) also considered
Experience in mental health, community, or employment settings
Able to deliver structured interventions and build rapport quickly
Robust communication and organisational skills
