We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic FOH Manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly across the venue.
The Vic is a busy, welcoming pub with a little bit of everything – a lively public bar, live sport, relaxed dining, a sunny beer garden and private dining space. We’re all about great service, valuable people and creating a place our locals love coming back to.

About the role
Working alongside the wider management team, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the venue and play an important role in keeping service organised, welcoming and running smoothly.
You’ll be hands‑on across the venue,
supporting the team during busy services, looking after guests, helping with operational tasks and stepping in wherever needed.
It’s a great role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, takes pride in doing things well and likes being part of a team.
About you
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or management role
Good knowledge of food, beverage and service
A friendly, confident and approachable manner
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
The ability to stay calm and organised during busy serviceA hands‑on attitude and willingness to get involved
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
A genuine love of hospitality, pubs and working with people
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
